1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or engaging with any of our booking agents via telephone, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must cease use immediately. These terms are effective as of the date listed above and supersede all previous versions.

2. Nature of Service

We provide a telephone-based booking service that grants access to unpublished, wholesale flight fares that are legally restricted from public display under agreements with airline consolidators and IATA regulations.

3. Pricing & Fare Rules

• →The only guaranteed price is the fare explicitly quoted by a live agent over the phone at the time of booking.
• →All quoted prices include applicable taxes and airline surcharges unless otherwise stated by the agent.
• →A booking is not confirmed until a PNR (Passenger Name Record) / Record Locator is issued and payment is successfully processed.

4. Cancellations, Modifications & Refunds

All cancellation and modification policies are governed entirely by the specific airline's fare rules for the ticket class purchased. These rules will be clearly disclosed before any payment is processed.

Service fees collected by MyflightAgent are non-refundable. Refundable airline tickets will be processed according to the airline's own timeline and policies, which may take 7–14 business days.

5. Payment Authorization

By providing payment details, you authorize MyflightAgent to charge the full agreed amount for travel services rendered. All transactions are processed via PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateways. Your card data is never stored on our servers.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MyflightAgent Inc., its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, regardless of cause.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the service fees paid by you to us in the preceding 12 months.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules, and both parties waive the right to a jury trial.
